(Technology Preview) To Apply a Horizontal 2D Constraint

Select the Horizontal 2D Constraint tool (「作図」 > 「拘束」 > 「2次元」).
Select the element or segment you wish to change. The selected entity or segment is now set to the direction of the x-axis of ACS Triad.
